For years now Zwitserleven has been the main sponsor of the famous Zwitserleven Round Texel Race. This year there were many more sailing events. For the new Zwitserleven Sailing Week denoted a week of sailing for the world's leading competitors and leisure sailors. It featurered new contests such as the Zwitserleven World Championship Slalom Windsurfing and the Zwitserleven Open Dutch Championship Catamaran demonstrations of blokart sailing and kite surfing and of course an extensive party programme.
